We are an extremely small business and are unable to issue refunds, except in the case of a manufacturers defect or an incorrectly sent item; however, we are happy to accept an exchange for store credit within 7 days of receipt.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days to obtain prior confirmation that your request can be approved. Once we have authorized your return, please send us the unused item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days from the date you received your order. We do not accept returns for items recieved after this period of time.
Return shipments are handled at the consumer’s expense. We recommend tracking and insuring, as Green Bohème cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Store credit is issued once the returned items are received.
Discounted items, personal care products, unpackaged goods, and perishables are final sale. We cannot offer refunds for delayed deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control.
