We offer free pick-up in Nanaimo. If local pick-up is chosen at checkout, an email with pick-up information will be sent to the address provided. Generally an email will be sent within an hour of your order being placed, but please allow up to 24 hours.
For all other orders within Canada, Green Bohème ships via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, which includes tracking and insurance and takes 1-6 business days, depending on the destination. We reserve the right to consider other courier options. Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the buyer’s responsibility. Orders placed by 10 am Mon.-Fri. will typically ship out the same day; orders placed after are shipped the following business day.
- Within Canada, we charge a flat rate of just $12.
- Orders within Canada over $100 (pre-tax) receive free shipping.
- To the continental USA, we offer expedited shipping (with tracking) for $30 CAD
- Orders over $200 CAD (pre-tax) receive free shipping.
If you live outside of North America and wish to purchase from the shop, send us an email at email@example.com. Please specify the exact item(s) you’d like to buy, along with your shipping address and we’ll get a shipping quote for you.
All shipping material has been carefully selected to be gentle on the environment. We re-use boxes and packaging materials that we have received from our suppliers, use as little packaging as possible, and only purchase packaging that can be easily recycled - even our shipping labels are compostable. If your box looks like it has been around the block (or across the country), it likely has! Rest assured that each order has been packed with care, and your purchases should be received in perfect condition. Please responsibly recycle shipping material you will not be reusing. The planet thanks you! ☺
When your purchase leaves us, all items are in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within three days of the arrival your package for instructions. We ask that you include photos of the damaged items and packaging and keep all contents and packaging for insurance claim purposes.
Lost or Missing Parcels
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address, arrival at the wrong location due to incorrect delivery address, or those held up due to international customs. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address entry, the cost to re-ship the item will be the responsibility of the buyer.
