This handmade vegetable brush is made from untreated beechwood and tampico fibre bristles, so not only does it effectively clean all your veggies, it's also completely biodegradable and can be tossed in the compost at the end of its long life! Each brush has a stiff side for potatoes and root varieties, and a softer side for more sensitive vegetables.
